  • Registration Data: Email address, username, and full name provided during registration or via Google Sign-In.
  • Authentication Identifiers: Service-generated User ID used to link exam results and premium status to your account.

1.2 Device & Technical Information

  • Device Identifiers: Unique Device ID (UUID) used to enforce our "Single Device Policy."
  • Hardware Details: Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version (SDK Level).
  • Network Data: IP address and general location data for operational monitoring and security audits.

1.3 Usage & Exam Data

  • Exam Activity: Question download history, exam start/finish timestamps, and score results.
  • User Input: Answers selected during practice exams and screening tests (e.g., Color Vision Screening).
  • Troubleshooting Logs: Crash reports and telemetry data to improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Security: To ensure your account is only active on one device at a time.
  • Academic Integrity: To monitor for cheating or abuse during simulative exams.
  • Subscription Management: To track premium membership status and expiration periods.
  • App Improvements: To fix bugs, optimize audio playback, and enhance the CBT simulator.
  • Personalization: To display your progress and certificates matching your identity.

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption: Data transmitted between the app and our servers (Supabase) is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Access Control: Sensitive administrative actions are protected by Service Role keys and are never exposed to the client app.
  • Persistence: Local data is stored securely in the app's internal storage.

3.2 Third-Party Sharing

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only processed through our infrastructure (Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging) to provide the service.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

4.1 Access and Correction

Users can view and update their profile information within the application dashboard.

4.2 Account Deletion

We provide a mechanism for users to request permanent account deletion. This process involves:

  1. Request: Initiating a deletion request from the app.
  2. Verification: Confirming the identity via a link sent to the registered email.
  3. Finalization: Permanent removal of all personal data, exam history, and subscription records.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
