2.1 Single Device Policy

• Usage Limit: Each account is restricted to one (1) active device at any given time.
• Device Locking: Logging into your account on a new device may automatically lock or logout the session on the previous device.
• Admin Audit: Application administrators reserve the right to audit and reset device links if fraudulent activity or account sharing is suspected.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Cheating: Using unauthorized aids or third-party apps to manipulate exam results.
• Content Theft: Attempting to scrape, copy, or redistribute exam questions and audio files.
• Abuse: Circumventing download limits or seeking to decompile/reverse-engineer the application.

3.2 Security Protections

To maintain the integrity of our exams:

• Screen recording and screenshots are disabled during examinations.
• Splitting screens or multi-tasking during an active exam session may cause the application to force exit or invalidate the result.

4.1 Billing

Premium features (e.g., specific exam sets, advanced reviews) require a paid subscription processed through Google Play Billing.

4.2 Expiration & Restrictions

• Locking: Upon expiration of a premium period, access to premium exams and advanced review features will be automatically restricted.
• Renewal: Users may renew their subscription at any time to regain access.
• No Refunds: All sales are final through the Google Play Store.

5.1 No Official Status

The certificates of completion generated by this app are for self-assessment and practice purposes only. They are not official certificates and are not recognized by the HRD Korea or any governmental body as proof of passing the official EPS-TOPIK exam.

5.2 Internet Requirement

While the app allows for offline exam taking, an active internet connection is required for:

• Account authentication and status synchronization.
• Downloading new exam sets.
• Syncing latest policies and security updates.
